What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter we ask for your email address. When you submit the Lookout investor inquiry form we ask for your name, email, company, position, investment range, and any message you choose to include.
This site does not load third-party analytics, ad networks, or behavioral tracking scripts. We do not set cookies.
Why we collect it
Newsletter emails are passed to Substack, which delivers the digest you signed up for. Investor inquiry submissions are routed through Web3Forms, a form-relay service that forwards your details to info@alexbogomolov.com. We use the details to respond to your inquiry and provide investor materials.
Where it goes & how long we keep it
Newsletter subscribers are stored by Substack under their privacy policy. Data is retained while you remain subscribed; one-click unsubscribe is available in every email.
Investor inquiry submissions pass briefly through Web3Forms for delivery, then live in our email inbox as part of business records. They are not shared with third parties. You may request deletion at any time. See Web3Forms' own privacy policy for how they handle the relay step.
Your rights
You may request a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send these requests to info@alexbogomolov.com — we respond within 30 days.
